Terms of Service — SENERVerse

Welcome to SENERVerse. By accessing our website (senerverse.com), submitting discovery questionnaires, or engaging in our growth syndication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Agency Scope & Engagement

SENERVerse operates as a boutique growth marketing and organic distribution agency providing services including, but not limited to, TikTok organic video production, Instagram branding & Reels, Reddit targeted community engagement, X/Twitter thought leadership, and influencer deal contracting. Custom campaign parameters, deliverables, and service levels are formalized in individual Client Agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Client IP: All trademarks, brand logos, product screenshots, and proprietary source materials provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client.
Agency IP: Proprietary campaign frameworks, viral hooks, prompt libraries, and distribution playbooks authored by SENERVerse remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for the duration of the engagement.

3. Algorithmic Realities & Warranties

While we engineer campaigns based on rigorous data, creative excellence, and battle-tested organic frameworks, social algorithms (Meta, ByteDance, Reddit Inc., X Corp.) are external third-party entities. SENERVerse does not guarantee specific viral numbers, App Store ranking positions, or exact revenue targets, but guarantees complete execution transparency and verified campaign reporting.

4. Termination & Cancellations

Terms of cancellation or retainer pauses are governed by individual client contracts. In general, retainer agreements require written notice before the commencement of the subsequent monthly billing cycle.
